Looks like Danny Boyle is going with something more down to earth for his next film. His next film is entitled 127 Hours, and it’s about that one dude who was hiking or camping or some shit when his arm got pinned by a boulder. Then he cuts his own arm off with a pen knife.

Vocab’s Take: Not sure how this will turn out, but Boyle is one of the best directors int he business, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. Honestly, it feels like two small of a story to make a full-length film about. I have a feeling, this will all be tied together with some emotional bullshit, flashbacks, and the whole “thoughts of my family kept me going” angle. Meanwhile, you’ll be waiting for that fucker to start sawing on his arm for 80 minutes.

If anyone can make that interesting, it would be Boyle… but it will definitely be a challenge.
